Jeremy Jackman - A former member of The King’s Singers, Jeremy has enjoyed a conducting career that thus far has embraced the musical direction of the London Philharmonic Choir, the English Baroque Choir, OSJ Voices and The Cecilian Singers.  But his spiritual home has always been the music of the Anglican church.  ‘Cut me open’, he says, ‘and you will find Evensong written in there somewhere.’  After all, this is where he started, aged 6, with a young choirmaster called Barry Rose at St Andrew’s, Kingsbury, London NW9.

Jeremy is founder and conductor of Laudemus!, a week-long, Dorset-based Evensong course, now in its 35th year.  He also directs the St. John Singers, created to deputise for cathedral choirs during their holidays.
